Summary

LarpBank is an entertainment and role-play app that simulates a bank account and crypto wallet using entirely fictional data. It is not a real bank, not a payment service, and not a financial platform of any kind. By downloading, installing, or using LarpBank (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

What LarpBank Is

LarpBank is designed for live-action role-play (LARP), tabletop RPG, film and content production, education, and personal entertainment. Every account, balance, transaction, and holding you create is imaginary and exists only as a prop.

• All balances, currencies, and crypto holdings are fictional and have no monetary value.
• The App does not connect to any real bank, card network, exchange, or payment rail.
• The App cannot send, receive, hold, or transfer real money or real digital assets.
• Nothing in the App constitutes a real financial account, statement, or record.

Not a Financial Platform

LarpBank is not a bank, money transmitter, broker, exchange, wallet custodian, or financial institution, and it is not regulated as one. We provide no financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Nothing displayed in the App should be relied upon for any real-world financial decision. The App does not process payments, extend credit, or safeguard funds of any kind.

No Fraudulent or Deceptive Use

LarpBank must be used only for lawful entertainment and role-play. You must not use the App, its screens, or any content it generates to deceive, defraud, or mislead any person, business, or authority. Prohibited uses include, without limitation:

• Presenting fictional balances or transactions as genuine to obtain money, goods, services, credit, or any benefit.
• Faking proof of funds, income, payment, or wealth in any real transaction or application.
• Impersonating a real bank, brand, or financial institution to trick others.
• Creating counterfeit receipts, statements, or confirmations to defraud a merchant, landlord, employer, or individual.
• Any use that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to cause financial or reputational harm.

You are solely and fully responsible for how you use the App. Any fraudulent or unlawful use is a serious violation of these Terms and may be a criminal offense in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable Use

In addition to the above, you agree not to:

• Use the App in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Use the App to harass, threaten, defame, or harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
• Introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the integrity or performance of the App.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with LarpBank or any third party.

Intellectual Property & Reverse Engineering

The App, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by LarpBank and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended entertainment purpose. Except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law, you must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the App.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercialize the App.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or branding.
• Use the App's name, logo, or trade dress without prior written permission.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of defects, or that any data you create will be preserved or recoverable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LarpBank, its developer, and its affiliates hold no legal liability and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of - or inability to use - the App, howsoever caused. This includes, without limitation, any consequences arising from your own misuse of the App or from any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful use by you or any third party. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LarpBank, its developer, and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use or misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

Your Data

LarpBank stores all data locally on your device and collects no personal information. For details, see our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own device, backups, and the content you create in the App.

Age Requirement

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the App. Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you breach them. You may end them at any time by ceasing to use the App and deleting it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination - including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification - will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
